The Alexandra 14 Clapham Common South Side SW4 7AA Tel: 020 7627 5102 Map Big, sprawling, lively pub, with all sorts of regalia on the wall, pre-dating the oldest Irish theme pub. All wooden, and there's a Sunday night comedy night in the delightfully dingy upstairs bit. Arch 635 13-16 Lendal Terrace SW4 7UX Tel: 020 7720 7343 Map Formerly trainspotters. Under the railway bridge, good DJ nights, laid back, self-consciously cool, good table football.
